Seeking an experienced Overseas Contractor with 7 to 11 years of expertise in Oracle EBS Finance to lead and deliver financial solutions that align with organizational goals
Job Description
Lead the design development and implementation of Oracle EBS Finance modules to meet business requirements Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle EBS Finance with other enterprise applications Provide expert guidance on financial processes and Oracle EBS best practices to optimize system performance and compliance Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle EBS Finance solutions Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls within Oracle EBS Finance implementations Mentor and support junior consultants and team members on Oracle EBS Finance functionalities Participate in presales activities including solution presentations and client discussions related to Oracle EBS Finance Stay updated with the latest Oracle EBS Finance releases and enhancements to recommend system upgrades or improvements
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS Finance implementation projects ensuring timely delivery and high quality outcomes
- Manage stakeholder communications including clients and internal teams to align project goals and expectations
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and develop detailed functional specifications
- Oversee system configuration customization and integration activities for Oracle EBS Finance modules
- Perform system testing issue resolution and coordinate user acceptance testing
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for endusers and support teams
- Monitor project progress mitigate risks and implement corrective actions as needed
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the Oracle EBS Finance domain
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of all project artifacts including design documents and user manuals
