Beschreibung
Für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir nach folgender Vakanz:
Position: Oracle DBA (m/w/d)
Start: Ab sofort
Ende: 18 Monate
Auslastung: 100 % Remote Vollzeit
Aufgaben:
- Long-term support and reinforcement of the existing DBA team
- Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for all IoT-related database topics
- Operation, administration, and optimization of database systems in the IoT environment
- Ensuring database stability, performance, availability, and security
- Providing support for troubleshooting, incident management, and problem management
- Close collaboration with internal teams (IoT, Development, Operations, and Architecture)
- Documentation of systems, processes, and operational procedures
Anforderungen:
- Experience in the installation, configuration, and upgrading of Oracle GoldenGate
- Several years of experience as a Database Administrator (ideally in an enterprise environment)
- Experience with IoT-related systems or highly available, data-intensive platforms
- Strong knowledge of database operations, monitoring, performance tuning, and backup and recovery
- Experience working with distributed teams
- Structured and independent approach to work
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take ownership as a Single Point of Contact (SPoC)
- Fluent English, with strong professional proficiency in spoken and written communication
