Oracle CRM Consultant - Frankfurt
I am currently working with a global manufacturing organisation who require a seasoned Oracle CRM Consultant for a 6 Month Contract position.
The complex and integrated CRM private customers IT system consists of these components
- Siebel CRM with the modules customer data, customer service, marketing and campaign management, loyalty, e-mail, order and card management
- Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- IBM SPSS Modeler
- Open Text Corresspondence
- Uniserve address validation and duplicate detection.
The complex CRM system has to, inter alia, existing connections
- accounting systems
- the SAP payment system
- Distribution systems for playout of personalized campaigns and receive point-collection transactions
- External points collection partners and premium service
- Correspondence entrances for orders, customer concerns and premium views
- Correspondence output for sending System letters, invoices and individual correspondence, both as a letter and an e-mail.
The range ordering and maps Management of the CRM system is to be in the future, more flexible, taking account of the technical requirements. At the same time, the system is aimed attributed as close as possible to the standard of the underlying software Oracle Siebel and possibly thus creating the conditions for future cloud migration and to facilitate this migration.
