products and business solutions to clients all over the world.

On behalf of our customer, we are currently recruiting for an Operations Director to join their projects in

Oman.

Position Title: Operations Director

Position Type: 12 months rolling contract

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Oman

Responsibilities:

Deliver the signed MS contract with customer;(SLA/KPI)
Daily operations management: process / NOC operation management, customer communication and governance model execution.
Operation business consistency: maintain a good operation quality level and network safety and
security.
Skills:

At least 8 years experience in MS NOC domain, i.e. FO, BO, NPM, FM areas.
Very strong communication skills with the customer.
Project management skills (i.e. task, time and finance management).
Hard worker with positive attitude, willing to grow within the company.
