For my international acting client I am looking for an Operational Communication Manager (m/w) in Düsseldorf with the following tasks:Content Management
Gathering of information from experts
Creation of articles, news, guides, team briefs, emails
Aligning of the contents with the experts and Head of 122 IT CO Comms
Final QA of content before launch
Activities Management
Maintainence of contents in My IT Content Management System (CMS)
Coordination of media ‘Team Brief ‘
Coordination of media ‘SnapComms’ (tool to send messages on every PC)
Coordination of media ‘All-hands calls’ (send invitations, manage content creation, communicate with participants)
Coordination of media ‘E-Mail News service’ (Newsletter)
Coordination of BIT Comms SPoC JourFixe
Skills:
At least 6 years of professional experience and 4 years experience in IT
High degree of self-reliance, self-responsibility and flexibility
Experience in communications or Change Management
Experience in creating texts, documents, guides in reasonable language
Experience in project management
Excellent English- and German skills
Duration: 3 months +
