Onboarding Manager - SaaS/Retail - (6 Month Contract)Overview:
An excellent opportunity has arisen with a global organisation who provide a range of SaaS based digital and data driven services within the retail sector. We are looking for an on-boarding manager to assist clients onto the platform. This is a high profile role within the retail sector engaging at a senior level with the industry's biggest brands.
Role and Responsibilities:
To deliver the human element of the assisted service' onboarding process for new clients through the first half of 2022.
To run the day-to-day assisted service and self-service operation including building processes and metrics for managing each client through stage-gates with management reporting
Manage the assisted and self-service as an integral element of the professional services portfolio for On-Boarding new clients
To continuously improve the processes and solicit feedback from clients to enhance the service offering and drive efficiency
Essential Requirements:
A service professional with hands-on experience of managing the On-Boarding of customers onto SaaS platforms within the retail sector
Technically capable but with the ability to communicate clearly with a non-technical user community
A strong operational background with clear examples of successful delivery and management of On-Boarding and customer facing roles
Desirable experience in project management and/or Operational IT qualifications such as ITIL practitioner
Desirable experience to be 10+ years with multiple successful examples of delivery in this field within the retail sector
Structured and disciplined in methodology to manage competing priorities and deliverables while delivering OTOB
Self-sufficient and an effective communicator to report progress on a regular cadence to senior stakeholders
Highly motivated to assimilate multiple information sources and deliver solutions to problems
Contract Details:
Rate: Circa £300 PD - Inside IR35
Duration: 6 months
Location: London, City - 3 days from office, 2 days from home
