VitalQIP, Squid proxy expert with deep knowledge of scripting (shell scripts, Perl), Samba and OS (Linux, AIX), DNS/DHCP Management, IP Adress Management, Internet domain management, NTP knowledge, extended network knowledge and knowledge of specific customer requirements.Skill Level of the required person must be very high (3rd level atleast) regarding:
- DNS Bind 9
- Lucent DNS 4.x
- DNSSEC (DNS Security Extension Core DNSSEC RFCs are RFC 4033, RFC 4034,
and RFC 4035 (old DNSSEC RFC 2535 is now obsolete)
- Alcatel Lucent Vital QIP 6.2 / 7.x Skill in shard environment
- Sybase DB administration
- NTP
- Linux: Redhat ES 4 and 5, emphasis on highly-available and scalable solutions forproduction services based on LVS (Linux Virtual System)
- Virtualisation using VMWare and RedHat Xen
- Secure Linux Installations (change root processes)
- Knowledge of GSNI Europe DNS and namespace
- security infrastructure in general
- TCP/IP (including several Routing protocols: OSPF, BGP, RIP)
- Programming languages C and C++
