As part of Client Assurance Domain, NGSA and Netcool are the Fault management applications in which most of the Engineering projects scope is to deliver the configuration and customizations changes in these tools.
• Should have IBM Tivoli Netcool/OMNIbus working experience.
• Development experience in any Fault Management System (COTS or Bespoke)
• Working Knowledge and Experience in any of the OSS COTS products like IBM Tivoli Netcool, TEMIP, SolarWinds, Comarch NGSA
• Detailed Understanding of OSS Service Assurance FCAPS domains
Required Skills:
• Understanding of latest telecom technologies across wireless, wireline technologies.
• Has managed architects and Software engineers & played a critical role in Architecture, Design and Development.
• Knowledge of NFV/SDN technology and Orchestration
• Knowledge of Industry frameworks like TM Forum etom, TAM.
• Experience adopting containers, dockers, pivotal etc
• Experience of working in SFTPs/FTP/HTTPS / YAML protocol.
• Knowledge on new Digital Technologies including Cloud, Big Data, Microservices Architecture.
• Knowledge & experience in Datacentre Networks, IPBB and Virtualization
• Knowledge & experience in Cable, Mobile and Fixed Network technologies
• Knowledge in AI and analytics.
