Neocase Configuration Support
We need a resource to support the configuration activities in Neocase HR Power 12/13/14 according to templates/existing configuration.
This will include for example the following tasks:
- SLA Configuration
- Assignment Group Configuration
- Agent Creation
- Que Creation
- E-Mail (Content) Template Configuration
- Rule Creation
- Assignment Group Scope Configuration
- (Enterprise) Case Form Creation
- Custom Field Creation
- Employee Portal Configuration
- Basic Neocase JavaScript Knowledge (Hide/Display fields/sections) based on field values in Neocase employee portal
- On-site support is not mandetory
