Prospects are to be contacted promptly and professionally, their questions addressed, and they are to be guided through the remainder of the onboarding process.

Main Tasks:
- Contacting business leads generated through the online onboarding process via telephone
- Qualifying and activating prospects through professional phone communication
- Addressing any questions prospects may have
- Guiding prospects through the remaining steps of the onboarding process

Prerequisites:
- Native US English speaker
- Empathetic and professional communication skills
