MSAT Process Expert (m/f/d)

Duration: 6 MM+
Main tasks:
- Create MSAT process documents and GMP risk assessments supporting technology transfer to a new facility
- Evaluate change impact to process and product quality
- Process troubleshooting during qualification studies and CAPA implementation
- Implementing the manufacturing process in the plant and timely compilation of process related deviations, change requests and campaign reports
- Support implementing process improvements in the GMP environment
Main qualifications
- Master or PhD (preferred) in Bioconjugation, Biotechnology, chemical engineering, organic chemistry or related disciplines
- Significant experience in Bioconjugation or Microbial, biopharma manufacturing and / or process development, preferably in the area of BioConjugates or USP/DSP (Mammalian or Microbial)
- CGMP experience and deep understanding of Bioprocess technology
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with customers and within the project organization
- Fluency in English, German would be an advantage
- Strong organizational and project management skills, structured, solution-oriented, focused and well-organized working attitude
- Open-minded for new ideas and suggestions
