Microwave Service EngineerOur client, a global leading telecommunication company are recruiting for a Microwave Service Engineer to join their business in NRW Germany.
Position Title: Microwave Service Engineer

Duration: 2 year fixed term contract

Requirements
- Technical lead for project deployment microwave projects: hybrid, full IP, for vendors Huawei and SIAE
- External and internal interface for technical project coordination
- Provide level 2/level 3 technical configuration and support service to our customers independently or jointly with the technical support team
- Knowledge transfer of transmission designer and other colleagues
- Subcontractor training and certification, ensure rollout quality
- Update of customer workflow & project management tools
- Provide pre-sales support for testing, bidding or workshops
Qualification
- Master in Telecommunication or Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Technician; at least 3 years practical experience in supporting or deploying microwave projects
- Experience in microwave NMC/NOC operation in multivendor environment
- Expert knowledge of microwave, Richtfunk technologies hybrid, PDH, SDH, full-IP
- Experience with microwave engineering, 1+0, 1+1, modulation QAM, PSK, IDU, ODU, XMC
- Good knowledge of datacom, Ethernet, TCP/IP, OSPF, DCN
- Candidates must be eligible to work within the European Union
