Job Description :
Your working area & responsibilities
• Designing multi-faceted customer applications based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (e.g. sales, marketing) and configuring these for our customers
• Contribute your expertise in all phases of a CRM project - from requirements analysis, creation of user stories, solution design, prototyping, testing and rollout
• Advise customers on the design and optimization of their business processes relating to the customer application
• Conducting workshops, training courses and presentations for our customers
• Work in small and medium-sized interdisciplinary teams in an agile environment
Your skillset
•At least 3 years of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement environment
•Sound knowledge in customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365
•Technical understanding of the mapping of CRM processes and DualWrite
•Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
