Job Description:
Required qualification: Completed training as an IT specialist or comparable training or corresponding professional experience Experience in the area of IT service management Experience in the areas of Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft 365), incl. teams Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Additional pluses: - Experience with Microsoft SCCM - Experience in asset / mobile device management
Required skills: Strong communication skills, social competence and convincing appearance Service orientation, solution-oriented action and team spirit Friendly appearance when dealing with users Good knowledge of German and English Ability to travel at least 20%
