Hello Everyone,
We are looking for an experienced MES / ERP Application Support professional for an On-Site opportunity in Stade, Germany.
? Location: Stade, Germany
? Job Type: On-Site
?? German: Mandatory
? Must-Have• Strong experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) – Apriso
• German language proficiency is mandatory
• Experience in application support and resolving software issues for users
? Good-to-Have• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
• Exposure to the integration/interfaces between Apriso and D365 F&O
? Key Responsibilities• Support users across MES (Apriso) and ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations) environments.
• Work with factory-floor users as well as office-based users to understand and resolve application issues.
• Analyze user-reported issues and document/translate them for central development and support teams.
• Track incidents through the helpdesk and software development systems to ensure proper follow-up and closure.
• Work as part of the D365 / Apriso Deployment Team during hypercare support.
• Act as a single point of contact for site users and coordinate with IT Solution Support and Development teams.
• Support effective communication between business users, site teams, and technical teams.
• Contribute to successful application deployment, issue resolution, and ongoing operational support.
