We are looking for an MES Consultant to drive the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing execution solutions. In this critical role, you will act as a technical leader, working closely with the customer to ensure seamless integration between MES and shop-floor systems. You will lead standardization initiatives, guide recipe design, and help build scalable delivery capabilities within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.
What you will be doing:
- Lead the creation of Process Requirement Specifications and the overall design of MES recipes.
- Drive standardization and harmonization through reusable MES templates, libraries, and best practices.
- Design and implement integrations between MES and key adjacent systems, including SAP, LIMS, and DCS.
- Define MES solution architecture and data flows across manufacturing and enterprise landscapes.
- Support the growth of the MES delivery team by identifying required capabilities and facilitating knowledge transfer.
- Mentor client and project teams to build long-term MES expertise and operational readiness.
- Coordinate and guide German-speaking MES recipe authors and support teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
- Experience in PharmaSuite MES is valuable.
