Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the analysis and preparation of concessions, First Article Inspection (FAI) and Fixed Process Approval (FPA)
• Technical assessment of the manufacturing process and quality documentation
• Generation of continuous improvement ideas for process expansions
Required Skills:
• Completed university degree preferably in mechanical/aeronautical engineering
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in the aerospace industry (N On-Conformances), First Article Inspection (FAI), Fixed Process Approval (FPA) activities.
• Good understanding of component drawings, manufacturing process techniques, inspection and measurement methods
• Working knowledge of the aerospace parts manufacturing and inspection process
• Knowledge in the areas of shop floor, process definition in aerospace and process development
• Proficient in German and English
• Willingness to travel throughout Germany
