Beschreibung

Aufgabe:
• Functional and technical management, development and coordination of Kia’s Pan-European Website platform based on business requirements and operations
• Lead ongoing functional maintenance & operations of the European Platform, including
• CMS (Adobe Experience Manager), Backend/Tools, Databases, internal and external interfaces
• Collaboration/project management/data exchange tools
• Support, consult & govern EU markets on functional requirements, projects, platform improvements and trainings
• Manage agile central, agile platform development and evolution (through functional change requests and projects) and rollout to European markets, including various automotive marketing, CRM, sales/service and aftersales tools and system interfaces
• Define and govern Pan-European Platform business requirements based on business priorities, including infrastructural, technical, functional and process improvements with service providers, markets and internal stakeholders and set up guidelines
• Assess business requirements impact on technical system infrastructures [Hosting and Servers, Hardware/Virtual Servers, Content Delivery Networks and Streaming Servers, Domains, Middleware, Backend & Databases, Tracking/Analytics, Third party systems and interfaces] together with IT department and internal and external technical service providers
• Oversee ongoing platform testing, performance tracking and reporting
• Ensure technical stability and performance, QA, IT security and legal compliance together with IT department and internal and external technical service providers
• Enhance customer experience & conversion on the platform and lead technological innovation in Europe
• Manage and control budget and performance of central service providers
• Liaise with multiple stakeholders (management, marketing, sales, aftersales, HR, IT, markets) on projects and requirements
• Ensure brand & CI alignment, usability and conversion
• Collect, share and implement best practices

Anforderung:
Education:
• Studies in Business Informatics, Economics, E-Business or New Media with Economics/IT Focus

Experience:
• Minimum 8 years experience in management and development of large internet and intranet systems and related functionalities in Automotive
• Solid experience in working in an international environment and with multiple interfaces (company departments & management, subsidiaries, internal and external service providers)
• 5+ years experience in project management with at least 2 years experience with agile project management & development methods

Skills:
• Excellent project management and coordination skills
• Ability to assess and define business requirements and transfer them into technical, functional and structural solutions
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Main Language: English; other languages as advantage)
• Ability to work in an international environment
• Flexibility and ability to adapt in a multicultural/multi-stakeholder and quickly developing environment
• High motivation to contribute to evolving the Pan-European Corporate and Dealer Websites, as well as future digital business market places
• Highly performance and results oriented
• Power of persuasion
