Hello,
For our client in the banking sector, we are looking for an experienced Senior Test Coordinator (m/f/d)
to support a major transformation and migration program.
Main details:
- Start: asap
- Duration: 6-12 months for the start
- Workload: Full-time
- Location: The first three months 100% on-site in Luxembourg, followed by 40% remote work
- Language: English
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the overall test strategy
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, E2E, regression, migration, and production testing
- Lead testing activities across business, IT, and external partners
- Manage test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting
- Ensure quality gates, KPIs, and regulatory requirements are met
- Support migration rehearsals, cutover activities, and go-live validation
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Test Management or Test Coordination
- Proven experience in large banking transformation or migration programs
- Strong background in banking, wealth management, or private banking
- Experience with migration testing, data reconciliation, and integration testing
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Xray, Azure DevOps, or similar
Nice to Have
- Avaloq, Temenos, Finnova, or Olympic experience
- Cloud migration experience
- ISTQB Advanced Certification
