Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,aktuell benötigt unser Kunde Unterstützung im nachfolgenden Umfeld:
Task:
Remote and on side technical support of PC/Laptops and mobile devices
Logging calls and details into call a logging system
Active Directory high level account support e.g. password resets
Troubleshooting of common IT software products and network connection issues
Escalate calls that cannot be resolved to relevant team
Ensure the client is kept fully up to date on current issues
Prioritise nature of calls according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Complete all documentation
Qualification:
Experience in a similar role with strong troubleshooting skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite ) & Microsoft Windows 7 – 10
Working knowledge of Virtual machines
Experience working with Citrix, XenApp, XenDesktop
Experience working with RSA security tokens and or Microsoft Multifactor
Experience working with VPN solutions, Citrix and/or Cisco
Working knowledge of Active Directory
Imaging of laptops, desktops and set up of MAC’s
Experience of anti-virus maintenance and support
Knowledge of HP Laptops/Desktops
Experience troubleshooting printing problems
Experience using a Mobile Device Management platform such as Intune
Familiarity with call logging software
Understanding of network infrastructure
Excellent oral, written and telephone communication skills
Professional and pro-active approach to work
Excellent time management and organisation skills
Awareness of ITIL process and procedure
Experience of working to SLA and KPI measures
CompTIA A+
ITIL Foundation
Further information:
English as Language is necessary
Travel is necessary (EMEA 4 – 8 times a year)
