We are a business academy with the goal of supporting people in their personal and professional development. We help people with career reorientation, or on the path to self-employment, and together lay the foundation for their future success. We do this through coaching and further education in the field of online marketing and e-commerce. We have modern central offices in the heart of Berlin, Hamburg, and Munich and operate nationwide.
How you'll help us:
You'll conduct entertaining and educational 8-day workshops in the field of "Social Media" (each from 9 am to 3 pm).
You'll help improve our existing practical & exciting further education program.
You'll create presentations and exercises for the participants together with our team.
You're a good fit for us if you:
Have a lot of practical experience in campaign planning & implementation on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Co - preferably from an agency or self-employed consulting background.
Are generally well-versed in online marketing and understand the interplay of channels.
Have a sense of humour and enjoy moderating and presenting.
Can empathetically and confidently address the different needs and personalities of our participants.
Can motivate others.
Have a hands-on mentality.
Workplace and scope:
100% Remote - Online via Zoom
A maximum of +/- 15 participants per session
Working hours: approximately 44 hours spread over 8 days (from 9 am to 3 pm) / approximately every 5 to 10 weeks.
