For our client in the greater area Heidelberg we are looking for a Lead Integration Architect SAP SuccessFactors / BTP (m/w/d).

Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the integration strategy between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP/non-SAP applications
- Provide architectural leadership for SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite
- Design and govern scalable data models and integration architectures
- Support the development of Data Lake and middleware architectures
- Design and implement Point-to-Point Integrations and BTP Extensions
- Manage complex interfaces and enterprise data flows
- Support AI-related initiatives, including the technical enablement of SAP Joule
- Define integration standards and best practices
- Coordinate with international business units and technical stakeholders
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Lead Integration Architect or Integration Solution Architect
- Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors integrations
- Deep knowledge of SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite
- Hands-on experience with Data Lake, MDI, BIB, Point-to-Point Integration, and BTP Extensions
- Experience defining enterprise integration strategies and middleware architectures
- Strong understanding of data architecture, master data management, and integration governance
- Experience in complex global transformation programs
- Knowledge of AI integration, particularly SAP Joule, is an advantage
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent English language skills
Workload: 2-3 days / week
Based on customer specifications, a project-related employment is aimed for.
