Lead Hardware Engineer (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Lead a team of 6-7 employees and support external staff
- Organize the team and set priorities
- Support the team in organizing data and documents for traceability
- Expertise in Power Electronics and Low Voltage Electronics and experience in production
- Implement ideas into products and knowledge in the automotive industry
- Serve as a contact person for technical and disciplinary issues of clients
- Develop hardware with practical realization
- Responsible for unit tests and EMC testing
Main qualifications
- Experience in engineering
- Experience in leading teams as a team leader
- Profound knowledge of Altium and at least one of the following simulation tools: Polarion, Simulink, LTSpice
- Understanding of data organization for traceability
- Communication skills and English language proficiency at a native speaker's level
- Knowledge of the automotive industry as well as Power Electronics, analog and digital signals
- Profound German knowledge
