LabWare LIMS (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

As a LabWare LIMS Key User, you will serve as the primary point of contact between the laboratory, functional departments, quality assurance, and IT. You will support the operation, ongoing development, and optimization of the LabWare environment, ensuring efficient system usage within a regulated setting.

Your duties include:

Maintaining and further developing the LabWare LIMS

Providing support to users regarding functional and process-related inquiries

Analyzing, prioritizing, and handling incidents, service requests, and change requests

Gathering and specifying new requirements in collaboration with laboratories and functional departments

Conducting functional testing and providing support for validation activities

Creating and maintaining SOPs, work instructions, and training materials

Delivering user training and key-user training sessions

Assisting with system implementations, rollouts, and migrations

Collaborating with IT, quality assurance, CSV (Computer System Validation) experts, and external service providers

Contributing to the continuous improvement of laboratory and quality processes

Your Profile

Degree in the natural sciences, computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification

Several years of experience working with LabWare LIMS or similar laboratory information management systems

Knowledge of laboratory processes within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or chemical sectors

Understanding of GMP-regulated environments

Experience in change control, CSV, or quality management is an advantage

Knowledge of SQL, databases, or interface management is desirable

Structured and independent working style

Strong communication and training skills

Excellent proficiency in German and English
