For one of our clients we are looking for a Project Manager Cloud MigrationProject Description:
A cloud strategy shall be operationalised at Telefonica Germany. Therefore cloud central services shall be defined and implemented.
Task description:
Setup of enterprise grade cloud central services, incl. master billing account, security, identity and access management, etc.
Establish a cloud operating model (operation of a landing zone, management of interfaces between applications, etc.) under consideration of e.g. following topics:
How does a central service team operate a landing zone?
How are interfaces between applications realized?
How are incidents and problems identified and resolved?
How does the central service team interact with development, operations
Project management of the IT part.
Project scope: Development of the detailed project goals as well as planning and implementation of all Measures to achieve the project objectives
Project plan: creation and monitoring of the project plan
Project Budget: Control of the defined project budget
Identification, evaluation and management of project risks
Close monitoring of project progress. Early and proactive initiation of countermeasures as soon as target achievement is in jeopardy.
Planning and controlling of scope, budget and timeline regarding the implementation of new functionalities based on the milestones defined in the SRs
