Key User LIMS-System LabWare

Your Responsibilities

As a Key User for LabWare (LIMS), you will be the central point of contact between the laboratory, specialist departments, quality assurance, and IT. You will support the operation, further development, and optimization of the LabWare environment and ensure efficient use of the system in a regulated environment.

Location: Frankfurt / Germany (hybrid or on-site at the client's premises)

Your Responsibilities

As a Key User for LabWare (LIMS), you will be the central interface between the laboratory, specialist departments, quality assurance, and IT. You will support the operation, further development, and optimization of the LabWare environment and ensure efficient use of the system in a regulated environment. Your responsibilities include:

Maintenance and further development of the LabWare LIMS

Supporting users with technical and process-related questions

Analyzing, prioritizing, and processing incidents, service requests, and change requests

Collaborating and specifying new requirements in collaboration with laboratories and departments

Conducting functional tests and supporting validation activities

Creating and maintaining SOPs, work instructions, and training materials

Conducting user training and key user training

Supporting system implementations, rollouts, and migrations

Collaborating with IT, quality assurance, CSV experts, and external service providers

Participating in the continuous improvement of laboratory and quality processes

Your profile:

Degree in natural sciences, computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification

Several years of experience using LabWare LIMS or comparable laboratory information systems

Knowledge of laboratory processes in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical technology, or chemistry

Understanding GMP-regulated environments

Experience in change control, CSV, or quality management Advantages

Knowledge of SQL, databases, or interface management is desirable

Structured and independent work style

Excellent communication and training skills

Very good German and English skills
