Role & Responsibility:
· 3+ years’experience supporting Microsoft systems (Windows7, 8.1,10) in IT Infrastructure function.
· Must have knowledge of PC hardware architecture
· Must have knowledge of typical desktop applications, (i.e., MS Office, virus scan, Ghost, etc.)
· Must have knowledge of SCCM and operations (Installing applications, patch management)
· Exp in RAM Upgrade and Laptop Staging.
· Supporting Customers onsite and resolving issues.
· Upgrading OS in the system and delivering laptops to customers onsite.
· Prior experience in Remote Desktop support
· Should have good understanding of user profile management .
· Exp in Asset management and delivery of the hardware.
· Proven Customer Service skills
· Proficient in written and oral communication in German
Full Time, Contract (6 Month + Extension)
