Job Description:
Primary Skills (Technical Skill) - IBM Virtualized Storage, NetApp, and Brocade SAN Switch
Technical Certification - NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA)
• Manage level 1 Storage administration and provide Production support.
• Management of Storage infrastructure e.g., managing RAID groups, aggregates, LUNs, and Volumes.
• Monitor and handle incidents and service requests for storage infrastructure.
• User account management
• Management of virtual storage systems
• Storage capacity and Performance monitoring and reporting.
• Proactive health checks and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to Storage SLAs and KPIs.
• Knowledge in Storage technologies.
• Knowledge of NetApp and Brocade SAN switches
