My client is looking for a Java Developer| Location: Berlin - Hybrid RoleJoin our dynamic team as a Java Developer dedicated to our Car Insurance platform! Spearhead the development of cutting-edge components, lead software quality assurance with AGILE development, and implement automated tests for microservices architectures. Own software delivery, shape technical design, and seamlessly collaborate with partner technology teams.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 4+ years experience as a Java Developer
- Deep understanding of Java (8 or superior) and Spring Framework
- Experience designing and building service oriented or microservice architectures;
- Solid experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery tools; e.g. GitLab, Jenkins
- Diligent with automated testing i.e. JUnit/Mockito/Cucumber, etc;
- Agile development/Software life cycle;
- Understanding of RESTful API principles
- Experience in Testing TDD/BDD
- Experience in events drawing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- C1/C2 spoken German
Nice-to Haves:
- Insurance industry experience

- Experience configuring continuous integration and continuous delivery tools
- Experience using AWS platform
