IT Tradefloor support L2 (German Speaker)
One of our global clients is urgently seeking a German speaking IT Tradefloor support L2 Consultant to join their multinational team in a progressive environment, using cutting-edge technologies for a stable 6-12 months contract in Munich.
The ideal IT Tradefloor support L2 Consultant will have the following skills/experience:
- IT skills (in details with required levels): Trading application experience,
- MS Windows 7, MS Windows 8, MS Windows XP, MS Office 2010 and 2013,
- Printer/Hardware Management;
- MS Exchange 2003, 2007, EMA Archiving
- Lotus Notes
- Experience in the execution of certain tasks: 2-3 years of working experience in IT or financial services companies, IT helpdesk experience with call logging system
- Supporting BlackBerry and other mobile devices, Cisco telephones (landlines), videoconference systems (Polycom)
- Support for applications dedicated to the business; eg Bloomberg, Reuters
