For an exciting project for one of our clients, a global player in the banking sector we are looking for your excellent support as
IT Technical Writer/Editor/IT Analyst (m/f/d)
In this project you play an important role in the analysis, process development and documentation of a global IT infrastructure and its requirements. We are looking for a person with self-starter mentality and excellent communication skills for a highly technical environment, especially to secure the requirement regarding Vendor Governance processes.
The project is located in the area of Frankfurt a.M., Germany
Your tasks:

Analysis of existing infrastructure, processes and tools related to vendor management issues

Information acquisition and internal communication partner for IT, technical and contract departments and other internal relevant stakeholders

Create, update, and manage high-quality documentation regarding IT infrastructure and vendor governance processes and tools

Support documenting governance Control Objectives and Control Requirements

Investigate complex IT organization needs (multi-vendor organization)
-
Support developing and updating project schedules to allow tracking of project activities

Preparation and definition of forms, instruction/operation manuals and guidelines for Vendor Management

Independent work in an international environment

Translate technical information into clear, readable documents for technical and governance users
Required skills/experience:
- Degree in business, computer science, information technologies, technical documentation design or equivalent experience

Relevant IT experience with databases, applications, business processes, and Business Intelligence reporting

Strong experience as IT Technical Writer/IT Analyst

Experience in dealing with vendor organisation, partners and international compliance issues

Excellent in documentation of IT infrastructure, IT operation and knowledge management

You love to communicate and present on a high level in an international environment with different stakeholder

Proficiency understanding of business goals and objectives and the ability to keep senior management adequately informed

Fluent written and spoken English, other language skill like German are an advantage

Team player with self-motivated mentality and structured way of working

Willingness to travel worldwide

At best, you are in possession of a residence permit and work permit (Blue Card) for Germany
Project start: middle of January/February 2020
Duration: till end of 2020 with option to extend
