An urgent position has arisen for an IT Support Analyst to assist with some holiday cover in Weybridge starting from the 18th of November for 12 days initially.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Support customers' needs by dealing with reported incidents from ticketing systems
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, Desktop Support
- Working knowledge of Group Policy & basic Networking
- Working knowledge of Office 365 technologies.
