Ihre Qualifikationen
- 5 years' experience in Service Management
- Good understanding of Production processes
- IT and ITIL knowledge in theory and practice
- Ability to build trusted relationships with business
- Able to understand the big picture ; able to prioritize and focus on essentials to execute
- Experience of managing suppliers and off shore services in multivendor environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in working with multinational teams
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; fluent in Germany and English, both oral and in written text
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in technology or economics.
Ihre Aufgaben
- daily service management, operational efficiency and continuous improvement within the service area
- ensuring service availability to business according to agreed Service Level Agreements
- leading all operational matters relating to the service area (design, build, run)
- partner and contract management
- budgeting, cost follow-up and invoice verification
- active cooperation with other service managers
- Is the interface between internal and external IT partners and Business units
