“ITSCM (IT Service Continuity Management) must be an integral part of the overall business process – especially, when a business is highly IT dependent!”The need for such a comprehensive solution has already been raised and addressed within the RIO audit in 2009.
BilMoG also requires a systematic and harmonized – business oriented – methodology on group level. Currently, the group companies use different methodologies, criteria and procedures to cope with this problem.
The project aims for a harmonized - business oriented - process and methodology to deliver and implement an evaluation framework for critical IT applications
design and implementation (incl. rollout) of an appropriate ITSCM framework
