for an existing contract with one of our direct clients we are urgently looking for a
IT Security Architect (m/f/d) - Azure/AWS
Start: /Duration: 12-18 month's/Location: Remote, Travel to Essen if necessary/ProjectID: 4367
Our customer is a listed European energy supply company which is one of the largest utilities in Germany. As a IT Security Architect you will provide the tem in specification, design and construction of IT security cloud management solutions around AWS and Azure, Serve as business expert and solution architect for security cloud solutions
Your tasks:
- Perform root-cause analysis of complex problems ranging from hardware, operating system, application, network and information security platforms
- Working closely with a variety of infrastructure teams and business users to quickly arrive at imaginative and long-term solutions
- Work closely with IT security and other service owners who are responsible for defining governance, policies and requirements related to infrastructure security
- Extension of IAM/PAM services to other systems
- Monitor, approve and contribute to discussions on how new infrastructure strategies, technologies, standards, vendors or approaches contribute to the enterprise's target architecture
Your skills:
- (Very) good practical experience and knowledge of IT security in the area of the IT security cloud in general
- Practical experience in defining a managed IT security service for cloud environments
- Several years of experience in designing and operating IT security cloud solutions
- General knowledge of standard management systems such as ISO2700x, CIS, NIST, AWS, Azure
- Broad knowledge of IT security with focus on complex cloud solutions in hybrid environments such as Azure and AWS on premises solutions
- Understanding of IAM/PAM for cloud solutions
- Ability to approach problems from an IT security perspective, coupled with sound business management know-how
- Fluent command of the English language
