Tätigkeitbeschreibung
Manage IT contribution (infrastructure, environments, desk side roll out, implementation of interface changes)
Project initiation, definition of project approach, project planning, resource planning (plan roll-on/roll-off dates)
Ensure proper IT Vendor management (overseeing, quality criteria, quality measures, acceptance etc.)
Review of business requirements, functional requirements/add non-functional requirements
Scope management, Issue management, Escalation management, Project risk management
Effort estimation (incl. required budget after go-live maintenance, operation, etc.)
Ensure SDLC/PMLC compliance
Align with IT Line functions (Application Development, Maintenance, test/release management/environment and architecture team, Infrastructure, IT Operations, etc.) and involve if required in projects

Erforderliche Kenntnisse
Several years of experience as a IT Project Manager
Sound knowledge of project management processes
Capability to adapt project management processes and Solution Delivery Processes to a particular project
Capability to manage scope, with or without Insurance know-how
Strong capability of relationship building and managing on a peer-to-peer basis
Very good German and English skills
