Beschreibung

We are currently looking for an experienced IT Project Coordinator / PMO (m/f/d) to support our client with the coordination and delivery of multiple AI initiatives.

Key Data:
  • Start: ASAP
  • Duration: 6 Months + Potential Extension
  • Location: Remote (approx. 20% onsite in Bavaria)
  • Workload: 100%
  • Language: English (German Bonus)
Desired Experience:
  • Strong background in IT Project Coordination / PMO
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence and Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience coordinating multiple IT initiatives, stakeholders, tasks and deadlines
  • Project documentation, reporting, action tracking and governance
  • Understanding of GDPR, IT Security and Compliance processes
  • Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with AI initiatives and ServiceNow beneficial, but not essential
