Hello, we are looking for help in stabilization & redesign of our Service management (ITIL) processes.
The task requires:
- proactive analytical approach
- prepare summaries for mid- and top-management
- communicate to multiple stakeholder / key persons
- editing of the ITIL framework, at least on the V3 Foundation level
- handling of ITSM Tools (Service Now)
- intensive verbal and written communication (german/english).
- Configuration management
- Change management:
- advise in (Incident-, Problem-, Knowledge- and Service Request Management)
- creation of documentation and training materials
- performing trainings, guidance and assistance for support teams
- creation of CMDB data quality reports
- bringing transparency through Changes
