We are looking for an Onsite IT Lab Compliance Lead for a B2B Freelance engagement in Germany.
Role: IT Lab Compliance Lead
Location: South of Frankfurt, Germany (Onsite)
Engagement Type: B2B Contract (Freelance)
Start: July 2026
Duration: 9-months + extensions
Languages: English only (German is nice to have)
Responsibilities:
· Compliance lead for IT facility, managing all IT compliance changes at the site.
· Oversees the work of Perkin Elmer (advanced scientific instrumentation, laboratory software, and testing services)
· Handles change controls , deviations and provides technical oversight for all new changes in the Laboratories.
· Chair of all Squads meeting which reviews the status of actions within each squad (BioTEC , Laboratories, GCS, IT Infrastructure) and ensure the validate state all IT Systems at the site
Skillset/Experience Needed:
· 8+ years of experience in IT Change Management, Compliance and Validation of Lab IT Systems
· Experience with IT Change Management for LAB Applications and IT systems
· Experience with Perkin Elmer instruments and application suite
· Experience with Agile methodologies and agile based deliveries.
