Job Title: Senior IT Infrastructure Architect

Location: Remote (Germany / EU Nearshore)

Duration: 12 months

Languages: Fluent German (Mandatory)

Description:
Seeking an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure / Solution Architect to support the design and documentation of highly available infrastructure architectures. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, working with customer and operational teams on complex platform and cloud topics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and document HA infrastructure architectures, including HLDs and LLDs.
  • Develop concepts for DMZ, network segmentation, security zones, HA/resilience, and enterprise platform integration.
  • Act as primary technical architecture contact; provide guidance, run workshops, and participate in architecture reviews.
  • Translate business and operational requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Align designs with operational and security requirements; support technical planning and governance.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Senior Infrastructure / Solution Architect experience.
  • Proven HLD and LLD documentation experience.
  • Strong High Availability architecture background.
  • DMZ and enterprise security architecture experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluent German (spoken and written); able to produce customer-facing documentation in German.
  • Experience as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers.
Desired:
  • Kubernetes architecture experience.
  • SAP infrastructure/platform knowledge (SAP on FCI a plus).
  • Regulated or critical infrastructure experience.
  • Modern data center and cloud technologies.
