IT HR Project Manager - €700-€850/day - 50% capacity - Remote - 11 months - ASAP Start
Key Requirements
- Experienced IT Project Manager with several successful full-cycle project deliveries.
- Strong background in HR technology implementations and migrations, including complex transformation, carve-out or merger environments.
- Proven experience delivering HR reporting, analytics or data-focused projects.
- Experience managing complex governance structures and diverse stakeholder groups with competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with strong English required and additional language capability advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of an HR reporting and analytics transformation, working jointly with business stakeholders.
- Develop and coordinate project phases, IT work packages and integrated delivery plans across multiple teams.
- Manage core PM disciplines including schedule, budget, costs, risks, issues, testing and cutover.
- Drive the transition from Legacy HR reporting solutions to a consolidated data and self-service analytics platform, ensuring business continuity.
- Maintain project governance through quality gates, regular status reporting and preparation/moderation of Steering Committee meetings.
