IT Architect & Portal Architecture
Develop a portal strategy and architectural development for the domain
Inventory IT systems and applications in LeanIX (technologies, interfaces, data, capabilities, processes)
Analyze the existing IT landscape and propose optimizations
Conduct gap analysis between current IT landscape and business objectives
Produce detailed reports, target IT landscapes, and final presentations
Analyze/evaluate new requirements and create ADRs (Architecture Decision Records)
Portal-Specific Analysis & Strategy
Inventory current portal architecture (portals, applications, interfaces, technologies)
Assess usability, functionality, performance, security, scalability
Gather requirements from different user groups
Develop a holistic portal strategy (new technologies, functions, interfaces)
Create concept for future portal architecture (design, UX, security, integration, scalability)
Build an implementation plan with steps, milestones, resources, timelines
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
University degree in computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification
Demonstrated knowledge of established architectural frameworks and standards
Extensive experience in complex IT landscapes and dynamic integration projects
Experience in both traditional and agile project environments
Several years as an IT architect designing modern web applications/platforms
Technical Skills
Modern IT architectures and development environments: portals, API management, microservices, CI/CD, Django, Kubernetes/K8s, Ruby on Rails (or similar)
AI / Agent Governance (significant focus)
Design and implementation of "Governance as a Service" for AI and agent-based solutions
Design/development of an agent harness for standardized orchestration, security, governance of AI agents
Defining/enforcing governance rules, guardrails, role & authorization concepts, lifecycle/compliance for AI agents
LLM and agent governance: controlled tool/data access, traceability, observability, reusable governance components
Building and maintaining an LLM-optimized wiki/knowledge base in Git
Secure Git-based workflows: Markdown, branching, pull requests, reviews, CI/CD
Preparing architecture/governance/operational knowledge for automated use by LLMs and AI agents
Nice-to-Have
Knowledge of the energy industry and IT applications of a distribution network operator (asset management, network operation, metering, commercial processes like CRM, billing, market communication)
