Beschreibung
Für unseren Kunden suchen wir aktuell eine PMO (m/w) die wir via ANÜ zu unserem Kunden in ein Projekt überlassen.
key tasks and Targets:
• Responsible for tracking of project status
• Support in daily project work and organizational tasks
• Support in project management
• Workshop preparation, conduction and documentation/ wrap-up
• Take care about regular management of risks, communication, resources and Quality
Description of main Tasks:
• Determine project structures in collaboration with project members and project lead
• Support project within planning and steering of Project
• Ensure proper project setup and deliverables delivery including project planning/ performance measurement jointly with the program
• Support project development and cross-project plan integration
• Maintain and track project information (e.g. with Clarity) in terms of time, budget, and quality in alignment with Project Lead and respective program members (e.g. Quality Management)
• Ensure the regular management of risks, ensure communication, availability of resources and assurance of quality
• Support project members in all questions in regards to Clarity, OpenWorkBench and other tools used in the program
• Determine standards in regards to processes and systems in collaboration with the PMO lead, project lead and the overall program and ensure usage of these
• Deliver and be responsible of concluded work packages such a project plan, project business case
• Ensure proper documentation of project deliverables, workshops/ project jour fixe etc.
• Responsible for a knowledge management-platform and processes, document management and storage through the projects and the program
• Definition of regular reporting processes, preparation of regular reports and status updates for project leader, the overall program and (steering) committees
• Define and buildup issue reporting process and permanently update issues in collaboration with the project lead
• Develop and implement comprehensive risk analysis and management process, including mitigation and contingency plans at a project and program level
• Identify and evaluate risks and risk mitigation measures
• Define and buildup communication concept, facilitate communication between GET ONE projects and stakeholders, ensure continuous improvement of the communication plan
• Prepare and execute workshops and ensure proper documentation (e.g. take minutes)
• Prepare meeting/ workshop content and determine concepts
• Conduct impact analysis on change requests, plan & conduct change request meetings (coordination and prioritization of change requests/ ideas) and ensure alignment with other projects
• Gather different arguments of the participants, assist in solving open
questions/issues, elaborate possible approaches and issue decision papers for PMO lead/ project lead/ program lead

• Prepare and conduct decision meetings & updates
• Collaborate on roadmap alignment, budget issues and strategy
Skills
Functional Competencies:
• Thorough knowledge within relevant business field
• Thorough organizational competencies
• Thorough knowledge within Project Management, incl. a PMI or GPM or other comparable certifications
Education and Skills:
• University degree in business, economics or related fields or comparable qualification
• English business fluent language skills (verbally and in written), additional other European languages preferred
• Very good command of MS Office products and PM tools (e.g. Clarity)
• Communication and organizational skills
• Analytical strength
• Driven, positive attitude and proactive approach, ability to work under pressure and deal ambiguity
• Willingness to travel
• Sensitivity to working in an international environment with different stakeholders on various management Levels
Experience:
• Practical experience with project management tools (e.g. Clarity/Open Workbench, Sharepoint)
• Project management and delivery experiences
