IP TELEPHONY 3RD LEVEL Support EngineerThe contract period is for 6 months, in Germany.
Must be fluent in both English and German.
PRIMARY JOB OBJECTIVES:
- Operate the global IP Telephony infrastructure.
- Provide advanced operational skills to support the Cisco and Microsoft Lync VoIP environments.
- Explore technical issues and estimate the impact of system settings and other changes.
- Optimise and fix voice routing mechanisms such as translation patterns, gatekeepers, number plans, routing clusters etc.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Knowledge of Unified Communications operational roles.
- Knowledge of Computer/communication technology, with appropriate Cisco, MS Lync certification.
- Technical experience in a large diverse voice environment.
- Must be CCVP certified with proven experience.
- Knowledge of IPCC, Unity and Cisco Contact centre.
- Experience supporting telecom platforms- applications: IPCC, IP Communicator, Witness Call Recording, Session Border Control, Unity Connection and Global Directory.
