Internal Management System - Compliance Investigation

We are building a team of experienced compliance specialists to support our client, an internationally operating industrial company, in an unscheduled compliance investigation.

The customer plans to tackle a substantial volume of inaccurate Expenses.
This will be accomplished through a range of measures, including spot checks, employee interviews,
in-depth exploration of possible irregular funds, reporting to Compliance and Internal Audit.

Tasks:
- Intensify unscheduled inspections
- Engage in discussions with employees flagged for issues identified during unannounced checks
- Undertake further examinations into the fundamental causes, including potential instances of irregular fund creation
- Provide comprehensive reports to the Compliance and Internal Audit departments, subsequently shared with local and regional management
- Contribute to the enhancement of the internal control management system to forestall the reoccurrence of comparable situations in the future

Profile:
- 5 years+ Exp. Compliance Investigations and associated processes (e.g. interviews, reporting)
- relevant international certificates
- Experience with the process of expenses accounting & manufacturing sites
