Internal Communications Opportunity
Lynx Recruitment are working with one of the biggest and most well-known telecommunications companies who are looking for an experienced Internal Communication Manager to join their team.
Timeframe:
- 6-month placement - Potential to extend to 9-12 months
- Full-time desired - Open to 3/4 days
- Start beginning of April
- £65,000 pro-rata salary
As an Internal Comms Manager, your role will be to support within the internal communication team to help with developing and delivering campaigns and drive employee communications on a number of projects across Data, Tech and Product.
- News and events - sharing the tech and product stories in partnership with a member of the team
- Channels - working with the team to support with implementation of channel updates following internal efficiency review
- Change - support with communications around upcoming changes
- Working with various stakeholders across different parts of the business
- Make any adaptions to the comms plan following stakeholder direction and feedback
- Ensure messaging on all assets and materials as well as the employee experience is consistent and in keeping with the communications plans
- Update regarding any potential issues which may arise in relation to such Project Brief.
