Description
- deep understanding of agile software development and system integration
- collaborating with global IT ensuring complexity and potential pitfalls in system integration are identified early
- develop mitigation options and support decision making
- planning & replanning of schedules with all involved parties: VI, countries, global IT - considering all constraints
- status reporting and being on top of status on a daily basis while bing able to aggregate the gist to management stakeholders
- ensuring that progress is factual
- ensure transparenc
Profile
- Recent hands-on project management experience in systems/software integration - min 5 years
- strong ability to structure for self and others and provide guidance
- Background in agile software development (=in-depth and hands-on experience in systems integration complexity)
- Recent hands-on functional experience in the field of digital/Web solutions
- Collaboration facilitator and team enabler (=low ego, strong self-awareness, learning culture, team empowerment)
- Outstanding communication skills and toolset (verbal, written, visual, convincing, directive, etc.) on low to high organizational levels (developer to board member) and in a range of communication mediums
- Prince or PMI agile
- Scrum Master
- English fluent
