Task:- responsible for the analyse and management of the customer requirements for mechatronic HMI systems
- definition of the mechanical concept for the product ensures the mechanical robustness and fitting in the car
- responsible for the costs, quality and timing requirements
- coordination of the mechanical design (CAD)
- the Quality tools and rules of automotive development must be applied
- the development progress in different levels of the product phase are to be ensured and proven by the use of appropriate test and measurement means
- suppliers and production sites are part of the coordination and supported
The mechanical design leader is part of a multisite project team and reports to his PM.
Requirements (Must have):
-Education : technical engineer, mechanics or mechatronics
- CAD design (Catia)
- Knowledge in injection moulding
- Knowledge in plastic materials
- Knowledge in surface decoration technologies
- Automotive engineering processes
- requirement analyse and management
- good communication and management skills
- quality tools like FMEA
- project management and planning tools
- Language: English, German
