Beschreibung

We are currently looking for an Interim Head of Demand Planning & Forecasting (m/f/d) for our customer.
Key data:
  1. Start: Immediate
  2. Duration: 3 months + extension / permanent option
  3. Location: On-site
  4. Occupancy: Full-time
Desired experience:
  1. Several years of experience leading Demand Planning and Sales Forecasting functions
  2. Strong background within FMCG or the Food industry
  3. Proven expertise in improving forecasting accuracy, methodologies and planning processes
  4. Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP, and modern planning tools such as Streamline, O9 or similar
  5. Strong analytical skills with advanced MS Excel knowledge
  6. Experience managing and developing Planning & Ordering teams
  7. Ability to work closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Production, Sales and other business stakeholders
  8. Experience driving planning governance, scenario analysis and process optimisation
  9. Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Analytics or a comparable qualification
  10. Fluent in English; German is advantageous
