Wir suchen ab dem 15.05.2024 für unseren Kunden einen Interim Data Scientist (w/m/d) in Vollzeit für ca. 6 Monate mit Option auf Verlängerung am Standort Rhein-Main-Gebiet & Remote Work.Auslastung: in Vollzeit & Remote Work
We are looking for Data Scientist with strong background in oncology molecular and clinical data analysis with expertise in ML, R programmer.
Responsibilities:
- Develop high quality scripts and pipelines with detailed documentation to perform molecular analysis of internal clinical Real-world datasets (RWD) for oncology patients, using R environment.
- Apply developed scripts to different internal datasets and perform QC checks.
- Apply various multi-omics ML approach for molecular data to identify molecular subtypes in the dataset, compare the outcome of methods, using defines metrices.
- Optimize existing analysis scripts by performing refactoring of the code and introducing additional QC checks.
- Present outcomes of analysis as R markdown report and final presentations on regular weekly meetings
